They called early in the morning and said nothing when I answered the phone.

They didn't say anything

just got a call from this number on my cell phone. no caller id available but no message either.

They called early. I said "Hello" twice and right when I was about to hang up, a cranky woman told me to let her speak to Monica. I gave her back the attitude and told her "Monica's not here". And I hung up.
These people call alot and that's the first time they've ever said anything. If I wasn't half asleep, I wouldn't have answered the phone.

Got call from this number and when I say hello theirs nothing but silence.

This is a debt collection agency named caci.  very rude folks.
