MARGIE IS EVER SO CORRECT.  WALTER WHITTENBURG IS ONE OF THE MOST RUDEST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT HIM FOR HIS NASTY, NASTY, ATTITUDE.  HIS MOTIVE IS TO INTIMIDATE YOU AND DRIVE YOU IN THE GROUND.  WONDER IF HE BELIEVE IN KARMA? PLEASE, PLEASE,  EVERYONE WHO ARE GETTING THESE HARASSING PHONE CALL FROM MR WHTTENBURG; REPORT HIM!!! WITH ENOUGH COMPLAINTS HE MAY BE HAVING COLLECTING AGENCY CALLING HIM WHEN HE NO LONGER HAVE A JOB.  YES, THAT SOUNDS LIKE KARMA!

Send Alliance One a certified letter indicating you do not want them to call you again. They are allowed to then contact you one more time, request they do it by mail only.  Keep track of all calls, letters etc.  If they continue to contact you, report them to your State or Federal agency with your documentation.  By Law, you do not have to take their abuse.

WALTER WHITTENBURG IS THE MOST RUDEST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER TALKED WITH. HE LEAVES MESSAGE ON VOICE MAIL. JUST GAVE NAME AND NUMBER. DIDN'T SAY WHO HE WORKED FOR. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK. HE ANSWERED AND I TOLD HIM I WAS CALLING THE NUMBER TO SEE WHAT COMPANY HE WORK FOR AND UNTIL I FIND OUT I WAS NOT TALKING MUCH. HE THEN SAID HE DIDN'T NEED TO TALK WITH ME TODAY.

The number was on my caller id several times.  When I returned the call a Walter Whittenburg answered, and I asked if someone was attempting to reach me.  He asked who was I and I told him he should know who he was calling.  He became very irate, I asked the name of the company of which he refused to provide me with the name and he hung up on me.  I returned the call and he told me the line was being monitored and i said good. If you cant tell me the nature of the call and who you are calling then stop calling.  This person is very rude.  Thank goodness you all had posted information about this person because this is how I found out who the company was.  I did call the company and spoke with another employee who had good customer service skills and was informed that they had the wrong number.  The person they were attempting to reach was not at my number.

Walter you need customer service training and an attitude adjustment.

After two certified letters informing Mr. Wurtenberger's company to cease and desist calling me, he still called my home.  I told him that my attorney would not allow me to discuss this matter and I had notified his company, Alliance One, of my attorney's name, address and phone number.  This is a blatant violation of Federal Law.  Once you notify them to cease and desist calling you, they may call one time and that is it.  Document and report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Some  broad keeps calling for someone that I dont even know but because she has  the last name as me she keeps calling her for her.  Shes very ignorant and hangs up when I call her back and yell at her for calling me and leaving me messages.  I've tried to call her back several times but she wont answer now.  Her name is Ashley Hall.  Sounds like the partner to the number above.
