"Your account status is restricted, please call us immediatly [sic] at [above number] to remove the restriction. Thank you."
Sounds like a phishing scam.

My husband and I both received the same text as Cory at 6:30 am.

They called me as well; and i called back from a different number and they do not answer the phone. I think it smells pretty phishy

Funny. Received on at 6:20 am text from this dude: 8668538542@cuna.mobil. Something about my account is restricted.

The fact is that a bill collector may NOT "Call you before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m."

So I looked up the area code, 853, using site: http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/phonelocation.asp and it returned:
Area Code 853 NOT found!

So I called the number: It was disconnected or removed from service.

Conclusion: Someone just wasted some of my time, and yours.  Sooo, I volunteer to take them out and shoot them.  (feel really grumpy today and I still have to feed the damn cattle plus a stinking pack of dogs killed one of our calves yesterday.  Grrrrr!)
