This person called, and refused to identify themselves, after multiple requests (first tip was unable to pronounce my name)

They hung up after refusing to identify themselves.

It's a debt collector. I think they are supposed to disclose who they are by law now, but that's not working too well. I believe it's PRS Collection services, or something like that.

Recorded message saying they are debt collection agency, please call them at 855-854-2113, direct line 3021.  I owe no debts, so will not be calling.
