- BartI receive a call from this number. There was no sound until I said Hello twice. Then the background noise kicked in "a call centre" and someone with an India accent came on. I hung up.

- wow userThey called me just now and the lady was so rude.
When I asked why they're asking my address over the phone she almost yelled at me to confirm my name first. WOW...- Caller: 866-854-4915

- STThey just called me, a girl with the name Angel, explaining that she is in the Philippines, working for a company Quantrics in Quebec that works for Bell Canada. The girl knew the details of my account, when the renewal of my service was, and offered me a good deal 1 year before the expiry of my current deal. As a proof of the fact that she works for Bell she sent me a message to my personal e-mail which included my address and phone number. The e-mail was from confirmation@bell.ca. I did not want to proceed because the number was not showing a Bell association. She explained that the deal does not exist if I call Bell. She understood my concerns and we ended the call.
- Caller: On behalf of Quantrics
- BH| 1 replySame! I received a call from someone on behalf of Bell who knew all my details (name, address, email, etc), including the amount I’m paying every month for my services.
She had multiple offers including a never expiring credit (as opposed to my current expiring one), and also a mobility offer. When I asked for proof the call was legit, she sent me my latest bill to my email. The email I received came from ebill@bell.ca, which is actually from Bell.
The concern is that to accept the new offers they need an ID for verification (Drivers License), and they send you a link, also from a Bell email address (noreply@bell.ca) where you need to provide your drivers license number. This part is a bit sketchy, but everything else seems legit 🤷🏻♂️- Caller: Telemarketer on Behalf of Bell

- BigA replies to BHI doubt that you are actually Canadian but in case you actually are why did you not suggest that people call that phone company directly using a known, published phone number? My guess is that you are lying and are one of the scammers trying to make this look legitimate.
- Bob ATried to sell a slew of updates including going from copper to Fibe. Albeit he knew my address he did not know that I converted to Fibe Internet service 8 months ago. After telling him I already had TV, Internet and phone with Bell he kept talking while I hung up. (As a cautionary note never, ever respond to their questions with a “YES” as scammers record your responses and can manipulate false orders)

- DGSAt first my cell phone display said Bell Canada, followed by 'Suspected Spam'. I picked it up. They were offering a promotion for higher speed internet (the caller sounded more from a latin country then say India). They were calling about my mother's phone. I told them I prefer to contact the number for Bell on my bill if there were any offers. I also get emails, a bill, and go online for our Bell accounts, so I prefer to call them direct. I told her I don't act on cold calls from 3rd parties.

- LauraI get calls every few days from this number. I don’t answer and they never leave a message. It says it’s bell. They always call my land line first then immediately after my cell so they seem to know it’s me (not random)!
- Caller: Bell
- LittleSaskThey called and said they had an amazing offers but wanted a picture of my drivers license and if I had any other phone numbers that I use.. then when I said could I think about it they said that the deal was only good for today and then they said well we can call you back tomorrow what time works best for you so they contradicted themselves saying the deal was only good for today and then said that they would call back tomorrow with the deal

- JI received a call from this number in Jan 2025 after they called me repeatedly over a few days. Caller ID said Bell Canada. They knew all of the info about my phone and internet account and didn't ask me for any new information, and offered me a good deal on internet since I had a promo that was expiring. I cautiously accepted and was able to end the call without providing any new personal information. I received a confirmation email form bell.ca which looked official (same as others I received form this address through normal activities), and now my bell.ca account is reflecting the new deal that I accepted. So it was NOT a scam in my case, but as always be cautious out there!

- new bell customerI thought this was a spam caller like I receive weekly claiming to be Rogers/Fido. The agent knew all of my account information already, including my internet plan deals. I agreed to the internet upgrade to verify the email address they would send communications from and it was legit bell.ca
I agreed to open 2 new mobile accounts to take advantage of the $35/mon 150GB mobile deal and again the emails were legit from confirmation@bell.ca
After agreeing to the internet upgrade and 2x new mobile accounts, i received the email confirmation immediately, signed into my Bell account and could see the changes.- Call type: Valid
- SSI also received a call today from the same number. A lady offering promotions for Bell company asking about the usage of internet and how much you use and how many ppl uses it at home. Trying to convince me to pay more monthly for a better service. I said I was not interested and happy with my own contract. They had my name and address, be aware of this type of scam!
