A female robo keeps repeating a six digit number, claims its a security code.  Timestamp says call came in at 6:38PM on Wednesday yet the phone did not ring and the call is not shown in the phone's call log, it wasn't logged as an incoming text either.  I tried to block the number manually but it was already blocked.  WTF?

This number is valid. When signing onto my account with Anthem BCBS, as an extra security protection, one can either have a code sent to their cell phone, e-mail or home phone.  When answering, a code is given to type in. Once the code is entered correctly, the account can be accessed. It also gives one the option to "remember this computer" so, that the process won't have to be repeated.  "Toll Free Call" is the CID. Since I was expecting a call, I answered and it was BCBS with the code, that allowed me to access my online account.

If this is indeed a legit company called Anthem BCBS why doesn't the company's name show in the caller ID.  I never did any business with this company and it shows up as "Toll free call".  If you don't display the name of your company and never leave a message also, than to me it is SUSPICIOUS.

This is a legitimate service that provides a one time pin to activate a secure account.

This number is exactly what fc said on 9/11/18 - security code from Anthem BCBS.

Confirming that it is from Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield) as a security code for signing in on one's account. For those who got the call without requesting it, the most likely thing is that people entered their own phone number incorrectly.

Elizabeth Harris left a voicemail claiming to need to talk with me about changes in my student loan repayment options.  She said to call back and reference 060661.  I blocked this caller.

As others have shared, I received a call from a women identifying herself as Elizabeth Harris and she left message saying needed to talk to me about changes in my student loan with a reference number of 060661. Given that this is the exact reference number that she gave others, this call is highly suspicious and likely a scam. FYI

Earlier today I got a legit call on this number (as others have reported)--giving me a security code to enable me to log into one of my credit cards website.  Scammers must also be spoofing this number??

It's a call from Athem Healthcare Payment System. The call is generated when you log into your HCA account as part of a 2 step verification process. You get a robocall with a security code to enter into the website to access your account. It is legit and valid. It is not a telemarketer or solicitor.
