I received a call from this number at 10:26 am today. When I answered, the caller hung up. When I called back, because this calling and hanging up action has been going on for about a week now, I get a message that says "This mailbox is full."

Will report to FCC and any other agency that can stop this crap!

ditto's to the above. They call a friends number too, and even called at 11:30pm one night. They should be removed and never allowed to return!

Called at 9:26am on a Tuesday, picked up on the first ring and they hung up. Sheesh.

Outreach Associates are the callers.  I receive calls from them daily, sometimes several times a day.  I've actually talked to people who call from this company & made it plain that the political organizations this company was soliciting for would no longer receive money from me because of this kind of calling.
They continue to call using other 866 numbers.

Received a few calls from this number over the past two days (caller never left a message). Out of sheer curiosity, I dialled the number (after activating my Caller ID Blocking feature, naturally!) and got a recording that started with "Welcome to the Donor Outreach Association..." and something about it being a "premier telefund" organization. Apparently, then, this number belongs to a toll-free service used by various nonprofit/charity groups. And nonprofits are (unfortunately) immune from the telemarketing laws.

Is the name Premier Fundraising that actual name or just a general description?  There is a fundraising organization called Premier Fundraising Services in Corona, CA.  I wonder if they are the ones using the 866-862-2441 phone number.

Call everyday many times. Very annoying
