Received a message on my answering machine left at 1126h this a.m.  I was unable to hear/recognize the caller's name.  The message advised me that I was a payment in arrears for some purchase.  It is rude to leave a message that cannot be followed up for clarification with a return phone call  --  possibly the caller reached our number in error and this should be set right in the interests of the caller.

I got a call twice today from this number. I think it might be enbridge, but I am not 100% sure. When I called the number back I heard an automated voice say they will try to call again and that's it, but the voice sounds like the same voice that I get when I call enbridge to check my balance.
