called several times for the wrong person about serving a claim and the person being served needs to contact 'the firm.'  call to the number left takes it to voicemail with same guy's voice saying 'do not leave a message.'  sounds fishy to me.

They are very rude, spoke to a suzette , wanting to know why they calling, she says its someone else about a claim, I need to contact them, then she hung up on me, I called back for her boss got a josh L. also very rude,

It's definitely a scam. They said it's "a claim" and that I need to be presented with papers at my home and place of employment.

1. A process server will never call you to find out when you're going to be home to serve you papers.
2. They never stated that they are calling to collect a debt.
3. They didn't even have my name right.


"Todd Johnson" called, and sounded like he was the biggest, gruffest football player right out of college. The phone number they called from was 918-559-5721 and 650-651-7005. It's definitely a scam.

Know your rights, follow up on the FDCPA, and if you get scam calls: report them directly to your attorney general. The DNC list is only good for telemarketers, not for phishing scams.

Called me at work looking for my daughter regarding "a claim" that needed to be sent to her at her place of employment and her home. gave me a claim number and a phone number for her to call. I asked what the claim was for, he didn't know. Asked who the phone number was for, he didn't know. Really???

FYI, as of July 2013, that 650 number, is mine.

Got a call from 9185595721..woman called me by my name then asked for my brother..regarding an "order"..told her I have no contact with him..which is the truth, we haven't spoken in five years...thenshe said it was about a "claim" against him and does anyone have a way to get him a message...told her again NO he doesn't stay in touch. Very weird. And she called me on my cell phone...he doesn't even have this number!
