Called from a number 323 671-4350 (Local Los Angeles number), saying that she will meet me coming Tuesday to sign some legal document.  Would not give any company info or other information.  Most likely phishing for information or verification from a debt collector.

These are probably the bottom of the barrel, last resort debt collector who will try whatever means possible try to collect.

Don't bother to answer and hang up if you do.  Put the number in "block list"
Don't give them any info.

Got a "Restricted" call from some "Courier Service" saying the will be delivering some legal docs on Monday for me to sign. Wouldn't provide any more info except for this phone number. Not sure what the purpose of the call would be, she didn't confirm an address or anything. I assume as above it's some sort of debt collection trick.

REAL process servers do NOT call first.  You are correct - probably a bottom feeding debt collector.

I just talked to her and she's not a process server and never said she was.. She was giving me a courtesy call to let me know she's coming out for a signature...(which I appreciated) I looked up the number before calling and still called since I'm not in any debt and not afraid to call and pay my debt if I owed any.. The company was very nice and helpful as was she.., you people should put as much effort into paying your bills as you do writing on the internet.. Good luck!
