Received a phone call and a voicemail. Did not identify himself or the company. Voicemail said I needed to return a phone call immediately because there had been fraudulent activity associated with an account associated with my SSN.  I am not stupid!!!! SCAM!!!! The call came from (716) 242-8521 as captured by my caller ID. BEWARE!!!!!!

Keep getting calls from (866) 864-4764. Their leaving messages with no company information. Staying its urgent I call them back in regards to an important matter. I called back and they stated I was being charged and taken to court on a delinquent account.

Said they were going to serve papers to me unless i called them back immediately at 866-864-4764.

Said it was an important call, they have been trying to get hold of me. Too bad, tell me who you are, where you are calling from and why and then MAYBE I will call you back. If not, then don't call me again, cause I don't care who you are. That is why there is caller ID .

They called my cell and it came up 'Restricted'.  The message was left by someone named Dominic White, who said that 'the matter in question has come across my desk again' (but to my knowledge, he has never called me before)... he said, "if you don't call back today at a time that is convenient to you, we will serve you with paperwork at a time that is convenient to us,"... but he didn't happen to mention who 'us' is, and until I receive information on the company from which Dominic is calling from, he's not going to get a call back.

Just called the number back and it's a bill collectors office

The voice mail left for me said they were calling about a claim against me in the state of NY and that if I had received service already to disregard the message otherswise they would file a case against me in NY. Nice try - I don't live in NY so even if you wanted to you can't sue me there a$$holes!

They said they were serving papers but then said that we did not need to call back no reliable information must be some type of scam said they were going to take us to court in NY

They now make those ultra-compact boilers with a top surface that can be used as a desk, if you order an optional tabletop.

Got a Call as well about a loan from some company I never heard of before. Never took out such a loan. Asked them to mail me papers regarding this claim. Said they couldn't mail out the form. Only could email it to me. I said they are required by law to mail me out an invoice regarding the manner. SCAM.
