    Phone # 866-864-6925: initally they tell you that your taxes & maintenance fees on a time share you own do not have to be paid this year.

    That message was left on our machine. I called and this is nothing but a scam- they will take title to your time share; you get NOTHING in return; BUT you don't pay those fees this year DUH.
