This person claims to be from a legal department and called my work back to back for over an hour after he was told not to the place of business by myself,co workers, and even the owner.He claims to be Robert Davis (with an Indian accent) who says I have A pending law suit against me and he's just trying to help me. Help me by harassing my job and almost getting mr fired?????

I also just recieved a phone call on my cell phone, he said that I took a loan out with a payday loan company over the internet. and he has all of my personal information ss # address everything??? what do I do

I also received a call from "01052797721" international and 866-864-8202 (direct to the organization but seems to be untraceable.
Each person said he was with a "Law Organization" and is calling to discuss a very important legal matter and I must call them immediately.
I called and they stated I borrowed money from an organization and they are demanding full payment.
However, if I can't pay it all now I can borrow the amount and then pay them via payments.

I don't even know who they are talking about. I've never borrowed money online and don't owe anybody anywhere.

I called FCC, FTC, local Police, and local phone service provider. Nobody could help.

If you have a Cell Phone just go in to your "Phone Book" and you can block their  phone# as it appears on your account with your provider.

Just ignore them and they'll go away. You can also tell them to send you a bill on their company letterhead and then take it to the police.

I as well got one of these phone calls and when i told them to give the check number date and amount put into my account they hung up on me two different times...Please anyone with info on how to report these people please write back

I have been getting this calls to and i started to ask the check number and all that and they hang up on me.  ihave called them 5 times and all times they hang up. so im harassing them now. see how they like it

I too have received these threats--calling into work number telling me I will lose my job. Give me a break!

i also received the same call as everyone else he also has all my information...he got very irate with me and i have to say it's very unsettling that sort of person has all my personal information...he did hang up on me several times which right away tells me he i not a 'real' professional, what company would allow them to behave in such a manner?  He was also of mid-eastern accent and was very hard to understand which made the call all the more difficult...if anyone has anymore information on how to deal with these people, please let me know..there has to be a way to stop them....

I also received a call from an international number a Max Thompson left a message at my work # and my cell he had an indian acent he left the # 866-864-8202 when I called I spoke with someone by the name of Jefferey Morgan also with an Indian acent. He stated that I had a payday loan outstanding and it was now in the legal dept and if I don't pay this I will be taken to court case # 10-nv-1139 with 5 years in jail and a fine of 8000.00 they had my SS# phone # , cell phone #, address I asked if they would send me the loan information and he kept saying that if I dont make payment now there is nothing they can do he started to get angry and I asked to speak with a supervisor he would not transfer me they started to threaten me so I hung up. I never took out a payday loan or did anything online this crazy how anyone can get a hold of your information

I just got a call from these people. He claimed that i got a loan back in march and I owe them $786 dollars and being sued for $2784. When I asked to see something in writing, he told me he had to send it to a lawyer. I asked if I can make payments, he told me it had to be paid in full today or they would be facing charges. The phone number showed up as 0000 on my caller Id.

I got a call from these a**holes as well the guy said his name was officer derick parker and he had a leagal matter to discuss with me. He had a very deep indian acent. and told me that if i didn't call him back to take care of this matter then god help me. I have gotten calls from these number before and everytime they have different name.  I have turned all the messages that they have left over to my local DA's office and my local FBI office. They told me to keep a record of all the number that they use when they call.

Some guy named Bruce Pain called and said that my husband owes a us cash advance place, and that we had to come up with $3-4, 000 asap to pay it off, I told them that i needed their info to have my husband call them back, he gave me the #866-864-8202. So i called back and some Jeffrey answers i asked what's the name of their company, and how did they get my husbands info they said it was none of my business!! I was furious, and told them i was gonna go after them for harassment, and they still tell me "no, no, you can't, you have nothing on us", i called my local police department and yes i can get these guys for harassment, THEY ARE A MAJOR SCAM!! WIERD THING IS THAT AWHILE BACK, THEY WOULD USE THE NAMES "BEN DAVIS" AND "ROBERT DAVIS" AND "JAMES SWANSON", THEY SCAMMED ALOT OF PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY IN 09, YOU CAN LOOK THEM UP UNDER "EASGATE LENDING SERVICES, OR VANGUARD MUTUAL" SEEMS TO ME THEY ARE THE SAME PEOPLE LOOKING TO GET OUR MONEY, BUT WITH GOD'S HELP, YOU SCAMMERS WILL GET CAUGHT!!!

I've been getting phone calls from 866-864-8202 harassing me saying i took out a loan also....which that is not true, but they did have all my info, plus they were foreigners with some kind of indian accent.

Yesterday I received "one" of these calls. A message was left that unless I call him back TODAY and wire him $2,000, as of tomorrow he was going to sue me for over $10,000 and then I have to go to jail and he will personaly take me there. What a hoot considering I really couldn't understand everything he said and knew that it wasn't legit..Said he was calling from a courthouse (couldn't understand where he said). Very strong indian accent. Also at the end he said "Ignore this call and God help you and God bless you. I played it back a couple of times and really couldn't understand everything he said. I did save it tho.
I've contacted a lawyer that handles collection calls etc and am waiting to hear back. I'll post again.

 Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan,why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.

Mike, you are obviously one of the scammers iwth a fake post.  You people are a very low form of human being.  You can't send documentaiotn because you have none!  How come you call and threaten people with arrest and jail - that is illeagal. You impersonate officers and lawyers, again that is illeagal. I have been dealing with you for 4 months. Each time I have had proof - in my bank statements that the loans you accuse me taking do not exist.  When I call the companies you say I owe - if they exist - they have never heard of me!  People are on to you.  To anyone reading this post - when you get one of these calls report the number and the names these scammers are using to the FBI, Homeland Security, the FTC and your state attorney genral. Put a fraud watch on all your accounts.  Also, post all names and numbers thery are using on this and other sites to warn others - there are agencies working to catch these people and the more informaiotn they have will hopefully make that possible.  And back to you mike - "may god be with you as the situation unfolds!"

I just got a message from a Ricky Gantz pretty much saying to call now or have my lawyer call and he's from the legal dept and if I don't call back then God help me. What business speaks that way??? Part of me wants to call back but if I do they will probably keep bothering me because they know my number. Maybe I will have my lawyer call them back so they will just leave me alone. If you get a call from them have your lawyer call them back!!!!!

I received a call from them as well and the FTC informed me that this is a scam that has been going around. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OUT OR CONFIRM ANY INFORMATION. They are just trying to scare people into giving them some money. God is not sleep. The names they gave me was Ramon Scott and Hector Boyd, but when my manager called back, he couldn't speak to one of them and they kept hanging up on him when inquired about their business license number. Don't let these nothings scare you.

These people have been call my work non-stop over the past couple of weeks. They have repeatedly called my bosses cell phone trying to get in touch with me. I found out about this and call them back. They said that they were from CASH NET and that I owed them money. I asked for documentation and they said to have my attorney call them and then they hung up on me. I called them back several times and they continued to hang up on me. I called them and instructed them that if they don't stop calling me that I would sue them for harassment. They continued to call. I called my local police department and filed a complaint. The SOB's need to be put in jail NOW !!!

I too just received a call from some joka with a deep indian accent from the same number. When I asked who he was with he said "you know so please don't question me".. WTF!!  He said, please provide me with your bank and routing information so we can address the issue today!  

I told this fool I telepathically sent it him.In order to receive the information he will need to put his left foot up to the phone!!  I will report them on the nuisance call website today.

I have received several phone calls from 1-866-864-8202 in the last couple of days. First was a message left at my work to call a Officer George Wilson with the Legal Department of Florida. I've also spoke with his supervisor Adam Ryan whom hung up on me while I was asking questions. They have all my information. All the info they have given me is a total washout. Nothing is correct except my own personal information. This is very upseting.
