Received a recorded message voicemail claiming to be Amazon and there was an iphone 6 purchased on my amazon prime account and charged to my Visa.  They suspect fraud and have placed a hold.  I need to go to the nearest Amazon store to physically see the details.  Or I can call the Amazon Fraud number at 866-864-8598.  No orders on my Amazon account and this number is no where on Amazon's site.  I chatted with Amazon, and they said they would never call anyone like this and it is spam.  I have gotten this call twice in 2 weeks.

I just received the same call.  They talk so fast you can't get any of the information written down.  I don't even have a prime account but was very concerned about the visa hit.  It was very helpful to see that someone else received this same call.  Thank you for posting!

I received this call on a business line, just as others have stated, the afternoon of January 8th. The first thing I did was to look here. I will call my card provider and discuss this next.
