called 8 a.m., unknown caller ID, just number

Left a message.  Someone named David and his friend Mark have been trying to contact me without any luck.  If I do not return the call, they will take further action. I don't know who they are and it's a recorded message so I am not returning the call.  Calling at least once a day but is obviously computer generated because the call is dropped sometimes after just one or two rings.  Very frustrating.  I have added my number to the national 'do not call' list as a result.

I called FCU and they said it's a legitimate company, legitimate call to help fraud prevention against your FCU-issued card.
