Calling my daughter's cell phone after I warned them they have the wrong number and will report if calls continued.

I got a call from these guys for someone whom I have never heard of well you try to explain things to them and you cant get a word in edgeways.

They started Demanding I pay something owed by someone else? I dont think so!

I will make a deal with them if they pay off the debt of GM they dont owe then I will pay off the debt of this chick they called about. I am male -should be the first hint to them. Doubt they will take up that offer

This is Collection Agency and this number is out of Texas. Its related to Partners in Credit. I dont know if they are a Canadian or US company but this is their number and to say they are not the sharpest tools in the shed maybe an insult to tools

Called 4 times today; asking for someone else. Told them they had wrong person, they called right back.  Same thing,  over and over............

Didn't catch the recovery company's name, but they called me in regards to Direct Energy. Direct Energy screwed me over big time and I will pay them when I have the money to pay them. They didn't send me a bill for 5 months during an illegal switch to another company, in which the other company shut off my electricity even though I was "supposedly" back with Direct. The 5 months of no bills tallied to $1500. I have since found a new company and Direct Energy will get their money when I have a job and get out of the "beyond paycheck to paycheck" situation my husband and I are in.

Received a call from this number- no message was left. I called back and a representative asked me if I was such and such- presumably based on my phone number because I did not identify myself. She immediately began giving specific details of an alleged debt with Direct Energy and asked me if my address was such and such instead of asking me to verify it. She totally disregarded debt collection guidelines and validation procedure(s). She claims to represent Partners in Credit. I will definitely dispute this and follow up with the company's official regarding their privacy practices.

Didn't answer but noticed another had a comment on it being from Direct Energy. Moved out of my Apartment and closed my account with both the rental office and DE in July 09. DE started calling 3 months later (October 09) saying I owed them for the past three months which I was not living at the apartment. Told them I had closed account which had paid in full and I am not paying them since I didn't live at the apartment, they should contact the rental office. Have been getting random calls / letters here and there for this after almost a year.

These people have called several times and asked for someone who does not live here. We tried to call back and they hung up.

Same deal...won't leave msg...I never had direct energy!!! What in the world is going on??  I guess Im calling DIRECT ENERGY myself to see what the heck...
