im so sick in tired of these law firms that try to squeeze every penny out of us like we are rich.my wife owed $2500 on a loan through a mattress retailer and now they are coming after me for it because she isnt working and im the only one employed and we live in a community property states so even though my name was never on the [***] thing i guess in california and most other states they can go after the spouse for the debt!! im so sick and tired of this countrys laws i think after this year we are moving back to B.C. to get away from the states [***] laws. [***] ALL YOU BANKS

Called my parents yesterday looking for me (haven't lived there in 16 years). Insisted that someone would be dropping off legal documents court hearing for them to sign. Gave there phone # where they could be reached, case # and told them to call me and give me the informaiton. To make a long story short I called today told me about the debt wanted me to make a commitment then and there to pay it. Then proceeded to tell me they will just sue me to get the money and started rattleing things off of my credit report from the past that nothing to do with PMG. Is that legal?

I received a phone call yesterday from a collection agency stating that they were from PMG and stating that I owed a large sum of money and they needed to serve me papers to go to court cause I was being sued.
The man claimed his name to be John Mason. Mr. Mason said I owed a debt of $4701.88 for a Capital One credit card and if I can come up with $3601.00 then we can settle out of court. He gave me a case number and even the last four digits of my old Capital One credit card. He was even telling me about other credit cards I had back in 1996 that I no longer have.
Mr. Mason called from (866) 872-6116... possibly California.
Well needless to say I freaked out cause I havent owed on a credit card in almost 3 years. My Husband quickly done some research and found this site with other info from other people with their stories matching mines. The number was also the same as some of these other people that were complaining about harassments from PMG.
Monday I am calling the BBB and reporting PMG. This is just aweful that we innocent people have to be scammed by these criminals!!

This same co. called my sister saying they were trying to sue me and didn't know how to get in touch with me and I should call to avoid being served! My sister told them she would relay the message and the gentleman on the phone hung up on her when she asked what company he was with he told her PMG and told her to stop asking 20 questions then hung up.  Now that is unprofessional!

Sue them.  Go into court pro per and litigate it against these maniacs.  Every jury in America will put them out of business.  Force them off-shore.  They can take up camp with Al Qaeda.

PMG is being sued as I write this.  Then they will owe ME money and I can start calling them...Mr. Mason in particular.

They are now using a different number 866-872-8399 and targeting connecticut areas now.  They are wild and out of control and very abusive with their language.  But dumb as a box of rocks to say the least.  Beware they are now targeting diabled people.  Hope they come - will love to have them arrested.

This company is nowhere to be found. They will not validate any debts and try to scare you by saying they will be serving papers to you. They are part of HGG Group and PMG Collection Agency.

These scum bags will try to get you to say ok to a payment and that destroys the statute of limitation. Never ever say you will pay something over the phone. You are not required by law to give any financial information over the phone. Also do NOT give out your social security number. They try to get it when they talk to you asking you for it to verify a debt you owe. This is a SCAM BEWARE. Now using the name Mike Jones.

Goldman Price & Associates also known as Goldberg Keller & Brown have a main # (888) 875 5183 that is flagged as a telemarketing. They claim to be a Law firm.  Known scam names are John Cambell, Mr Thomson ex327 & ex302, Mr Freeman ex334.

They use a variety of scare tactics (Completely illegal)  to harass.  Most of the calls are completely bogus and contain threats much as one would expect from the Mafia.  They will not give information about their claims because they have already made false claim & threats.  They do not belong to BBB and have a rating of F on a scale of A+ to F.  They have 17 complaints closed with BBB in the last 3yr and 9 in the last 12mo.

They have 160 listed with Spokes & 800.  It is believed they may be part of an identy theft ring.
