Was waiting for a call, thought I missed it, 866-873-4968 showed up, when I returned call the number changed to 888-878-3256..

I received an email from digitalinsight.com that gave me a one-time passcode. It says if I didn't request a passcode, contact my financial institution at 866-873-4968. I don't know anything about this company, nor did I request a passport. When I Googled the phone number, this 800Notes listing came up. I don't understnad this, but I am not calling that phone number.

Follow up on my post about telephone number 866-873-4968. When I Googled it, I see that it belongs to USE Credit Union. A non-profit organization that I belong to uses that credit union and I am on the list. So I think this is on the up-and-up. I'll call my friend to confirm that he requested the passcode.

Last followup:  It was my friend who requested the passcode. Everything is on the up-and-up. The phone number does belong to USE Credit Union. We are in the San Diego area.   All is well.
