They are trying to reach my ex-husband and for the fifth time I have given them his new cell and home phone number plus his new address.  It's not my problem if the ex doesn't answer his phone.  Also they are calling before 9am.  Isn't that against the law?

I turn off all the ringers in my house since we all watch tv and all you kn is that a phone number appear on the tv and if its someone you know answer if not it go"s away in about 5 sec. and stops in about 10 rings.  just keep on watching your favorite program and soon, you don"t even think about it..it works..Have not heard a phone ring in my house for 3 years,

we don't owe any debts so can't be bill collector. calls several times weekly, we don't answer thanks to caller ID, leaves no message

this number called last week, I spoke to a man who asked for Carol James..well my moms name is Cheryl and mine is Caleah, so I said "she's not here, and there is no one by that name here" and he very rudely said "well which is it? first you say she's not here then you say there is no one here by that name are you lying?" in which I responded by asking what his call was regarding and he tells me its against the law for him to tell me because it was about legal information for Carol James, therefore I responded with "if this was important legal information then you would know there is no Carol James that lives here!" and hung up..looked up the number found this forum..this morning a few minutes ago I get a call from the same number no message left. My mom got a call Sunday morning at 9am from a woman asking again for Carol James and she asked to be taken off the phone list that there was no Carol here, yet they call again this morning.

sounds like collection company.
