The phone number belongs to a Collection Agency called Cavalry Portfolio Services located in Tempe, AZ 85282-7288.

THe woman called and said I had financed some car I NEVER financed and she was aggressive and demanded my social security number....whereupon I hung up. These people called my cell phone! Get them off us!

I receive a call from someone from 866-873-5295. The gentleman was very rude to the point I had to just hang up on him. I called the number back from a blocked number, since I woek for a telephone company so it's easy for me to do so, and I reach a voicemail for a guy name Kevin.

I too receved a call today 02/04/2010. He was looking for a Sandra Green. When I told him I did know this person, he to got Irrate and I yelled at him and told him not to call back again. I have received several Recording calls from this phone number looking for a Sandra Miller as well. today I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call register and will be filing more should any more calls come in. The number they are calling is a Business phone.. Mine.

I got a call from this # someone asking is Steve There? I said I dont know A steve And they said sure you do!!! When you see Steve.  we have a warrant out for him for his past due debt..Is this Legal?? I just hung up on him.

Cavalry Portfolio, calling to collect on old ancient debts. They are known for being hard to get off your credit report once they start to pursue you, but many lawsuits agains them have been won. If they are attempting a debt collection for ANYTHING over 3 years old(depending on your state's collection laws) you can legally tell them to F--Off, and sue them for inquiries on your credit.

Someone called me from this number didn't even know how to leave a proper message and was asking for me. Also, left on the message if I didn't leave there if I could call them and let them know where to find me! Seriously???

Put their number on my reject number list on my cell phone. The phone will ring once and then they get a busy signal. No connection, no problem.

my son has an account with them.  We set up bi weekly payment arrangements then they started taking out the money every 6 days then every 4 days to get more !  I stopped the arrangement through my bank...this was ridiculous!!

Got the same call.they need to get real jobs!!!!

got the call my self,,he ask for me i said,BLOW ME.he said do what again i said BLOW ME.he said you nut we will see you in court////////   i said OK, BLOW ME FIRST,he hung up,,,,please call back please call back,,,im here all week on the AIR.

This cannot be a legitimate company. They claimed I owed money but couldn't tell me to who and for what. The man on the phone kept trying to get me to "verify" my information. Not happening. Scam artists.

They left a message to call about a order fax and needed info on how to deliver the item.  Told them I have no fax and wanted to know what company this was.  They asked me why I was calling.  I said, "I don't know, you called me".  Told them I needed to speak to "Steve Martin" with the Oriental accent.  They hung up.  Called again and they kept asking me about my phone number, I said, "You called me, you should have my number".  They hung up.  Called again and basically told them to take me off the caller id list since this "loan" I owe is from 2006.  Are you kidding me?  If I'm late on a credit card or mortgage loan, I'm contacted that month!
