This company is calling relatives claiming that they are a legal company and has a file against you.  When called this company they claim to be Mutual Family Partners (very similiar name to major U.S. company - red flag).  When asked where they are located and address they say that they can not give out that information. (another red flag).  This appears to be a SCAM.  File compaint with FTC as soon as possible.  Do not give out personal information.

They called giving me a claime number and asked for my husbands phone number because his relative was in trouble

I got a call today from a Texas 214 number claiming he was hired by an attorney to track down my husbands sister who lives in another state.  I was also given a claim number but the entire call seemed like a scam.  When I asked where he was located since he was supposedly trying to serve her papers he hung up on me saying consider her served.  Weird thing is I have only had this home number for a few months and don't typically give it out, heck I don't even know it.

This place called me at work, they called my Dad's cell phone, they called my Mom at home, and they called me on my cell phone. I called the number back that was left on the message and got immediately put on hold.. It sounds like a call in center in the background... Eventually, I blocked the number that was calling in on both our work phone and my cell phone..

I think this might be check n go, I had gone bad with that company and all of a sudden they started calling my mom, boss, even an uncle, I don't even speak to. They state they are Mutual Family partners and leave a claim number.

Its a Scam they call me too ..

Huge scam. Nicole Martinez contacted me and left a threatening voicemail that charges would be filed against me for fraud, she also called my friends and family. I left her a voicemail stating that she could not contact me or anyone else regarding this matter by phone and by threatening me with arrest she was violating the FDCPA. I also called the police and they told me she was more than welcome to call them so they could set her straight! ha ha!  Come at me with your charges, I'l make sure the ACTUAL police are here to greet you along with my attorney.  Filed a complaint with AG and FTC. This is embarassing and horrible.
These people are a special kind of evil, preying on people and breaking the law. how do they sleep at night knowing that they are destroying people's lives and harassing them.  They need to be stopped!!!!  Terrible and I wasted a day of my life dealing with this crap. They can call the real police and talk to them if they want...

Notified FBI FTC AND AG. If you receive calls from them or calls asking you to call this number, or if they are calling your friends or family, report them immediately and call the police.
