Credit Acceptance is a car loan company that specializes in lending money for people with average to bad credit.

They call at 6 am!, is that even legal?

Their customer used me as a reference. They called me all day long, even after telling them I am not responsible for their customers' debt. They really need to stop calling their customers' references to contact their clients. I am still mad.

We have called them and told them that the person they are trying to reach has never worked here before and to remove our number from their calling list but today, Nov. 4 they have called again for the same person and when you ask to speak to a manager you get disconnected.

Try calling their main number 800-634-1506.  You will get a live rep, not always from America though.

The person that they are calling for no longer has this number.  I got this new number a few weeks ago.  They call sometimes several times a day.  I've told them to stop these calls immediately but they keep calling.

They have been calling my sons new cell phone since he got it on Christmas day.  at least 5 times a day

I have told them to remove me from their calling list at least 20 times in 3 months....they keep calling. I have no account with them, this is a business line they are calling. This is the biggest scam in history. Dont bother asking for a manager...they disconnect you.

Keep calling my cell phone and leaving the same message that it is necessary that I call them.  I have never used them for any kind of Credit.

Call every day five times or more

I work switch board for a very large company...this company calls all day long for different employees that work for us and I am sick and tired of this company calling here is there anything I can do???? I have 10 lines to answer and it stops me from actually taking true business calls they don't even acknowledge when I say company's name when I answer the phone they just say I need to speak to whoever and they say they need to talk to them right now..I have tried to be nice and even ugly but it doesn't work so if any one has any suggestions please say so..
