I received a call from this number, the caller informed me that they worked for United Home Solutions. I have taken advantage of the program they have to offer [Mortgage Modification] and have so far seen positive results. My modification is in the process of being completed and thus far my lender, Bank of America, has said that they are willing to comply with United Home Solutions. Having Bank of America say that they are compliant with United Home Solutions gives me the conclusion that United Home Solutions is a legitimate company. I would recommend United Home Solutions to family members and friends due to the fact that they are one of the VERY few companies that are trying to help out in these tough times.

i got a call from this company saying that they could reduce my mortgage payment by 50 percent. i looked up the company and everything seemed ligit, it just sounded a little weird. They offered me a modification package for $1,295. a thousand dollars for documents? i spoke with christina about what this package actually is. she said it was everything i would need to get a successful modication. i purchased this package 3 months ago and was able to get the rates they told me. so it may should weird but it worked!

I received a call this morning from this company.  They said that they could possible modify my mortgage at a rate as low as 2.5% if you have a hardship.  I am investigating the company to see if it is for real.  Any information would be helpful, or is it a scam?  They mentioned a goverment program called HAMP.

Realize a loan modification could potentially ruin your credit.
I thought they were offering a mortgage I applied for through the internet. I didn't
realize they were not offering a mortgage refinance or know what loan modifications were until I researched it.
They probably gave my phone number to some lawyer in Florida
    who also called.
They will try to get you to call them back claiming to have
made a mistake on copying your email.

They shouldn't be able to cold call people like that.
My fear is they may have contacted my bank or creditors with out my consent.

I complained to the Federal Trade Commision.

I received a call from a company called United Home Solutions and offered me a loan modification first spoke with Steven and then with a man named Manny Horton who said to me he would be able to get me a modification. My dought was that I was current on my payment and had no kind of hardships but I went thru the paperwork and just like he said in a about two months I had my interest lowered at 2.6% just like they promised. I never could be any happier with that company and referred a friend to them who is in the same process as I went thru. It's totally worth $1,395 that I paid now having those huge savings on a monthly basis.

I am a HARD WORKING ETHICAL CURRENT employee not some ex-employee with an ax to grind.  I help people get the modifications that they NEED and that the lenders are not helping them get.  This is why so many lenders are indictment!

I have had numerous customers call and THANK ME for helping them...

I spoke with this company b/4 when they were Home Safe America. They took my  $2.595.00 and never helped me. During which time they were changing their name to their newest hoax. Sure they helped out some people but that was it......... dont you notice how they have such great reviews on their first 2 or 3 people that commented...  Check to see if they are registered in your Bank of your state!!!! if they arent, Dont give anyone money till you get your services rendered. Trust me. .Talk to your finance Officers of your Bank.

This company used to be known as Home Safe America.  The took us for $2500 (money back guarantee, right?) and got us nothing.  When I asked about getting my money back I was told to call the Billing Dept.  Needless to say, many phone messages were never returned.  This place is a COMPLETE SHAM!!!!  Do Not Send Them A Dime!

DISSAPOINTED! replies to NO AX TO GRIND HERE
    | 1 reply
I am a current customer, or at least I think I am, my check has been cashed.  So far the service I have received is not at all what was promised and is seriously lacking in professionalism.   If you are an ethical, moral person doing a service to people who are fighting to save their homes as is our case, I would like to know just exactly what I paid for?   A stack of papers?   I've contacted my loan company and they confirmed they received the documents but have never had a follow up call from my representative.   I can believe that, considering the last 4 emails and 2 messages I've sent have gone unanswered.  I'm very dissapointed and I am beginning to feel like I've been scammed.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!  They robbed me of $1,795.  They contacted me on October of 2011 stating that they could modify my home mortgage.  The rate would be a fixed 2.7%, all it would cost me is $1,795.  It sounded wonderful.  But I guess it was too good to be true.  They ripped me of my money and never set up my loan modification.  Does anybody know if they are still in business?  Nobody answers the phone anymore and no one returns my messages.  Does anybody know if there is a class action law suit against this company?
