I just got a delivery from Lowe's and this was a follow up survey on the delivery. Call came up (800) Service. I didn't answer the first time they called.

No Caller ID information was given, but this was an expected call from Lowes about an appliance delivery.

This number called twice but I had no idea who it was so I didn't answer it.  Previous comments say it's a survey from Lowes post delivery. If I  had known I would have answered. If a message had been left I would have answered the second call or called back.

Answered phone but no one answered. Hope they still deliver tomorrow.

This was an anonymous call to "remind" me that a delivery would be made "...tomorrow between noon and 4 pm."
Why can't these people identify themselves?  I have no idea, still, if it's a scam or legit.  I did make a purchase at Lowe's, but there was no indication that this was them, until I landed here.  I'm still not sure. Is this even legal to do?

The phone msg was broken up and I couldn't understand what time you will be here tomarrow

Um, hello McFly, but "K" posted about a call they received on May 2013 and wouldn't know when you would be getting a delivery, since they aren't from Lowes Delivery services. Perhaps calling Lowes would help you to find out when a delivery is scheduled for you.

They will be there at 10:03 am May 10th, 2013.  Make sure that you are home, have two forms of ID, a letter from your Pastor, a level 10 Security Clearance, and an engraved letter of recommendation from God.
