    Claiming to have important information regarding my fed ex account but why would they call with a recording?  I'm sure if it was important a person would actually be calling and not a recorded message.

    I got a call from this number claiming to have important information regarding my fed ex account...but I do not have one with them.  So, what is going on?  Another type of scamming, I guess.

    This is definitely a scam.  A FedEx representative I called using the regular number (not the one included on the automated message) said they were having a problem with hackers.  Use the FedEx contact number: (866) 393-4585 to check on your account.  Good luck folks.
