They have several 800 service numbers.
866 - 888, etc.

They're a PITA. Even if you talk to them they contInue to call. Most unprofessional people in the world. I cancelled the card because of this.

If you have an AmEx account, I recommend calling their official customer service number (probably listed on the back of your card or on their official website) before calling this number.

I think it is American Express.  They call from many different numbers.  Nastiest people in the world once you are 1 day late.  One day I will cancel all my cards with them

Yes it's AMEX, it's not a scam company it's them. I wish they wouldn't be so nasty when they call

I just called AmEx and it is *NOT* them.  It IS a scam.
