Received a call from a Tobias G. (couldn't make out the last name) asking for the person in charge of handling the estate and final affairs of a deceased relative of mine.

Since I did not recognize the number (Toll-Free as indicated by the caller ID), I decided to let it go to voicemail.  They informed me to call them back if I could locate the person, including the date and time of their office hours.

It has been well over 8+ months since they had passed away.  This is just a poor attempt on their part to settle a debt in which nobody is legally obligated to do so.  The deceased has no administrators, executors, probate/probate proceedings, cosigners and, absolutely no assets of/belonging to them.

They called us today at about 10:30 am CST.  We DID have a death unfortunately, but we'll see if they call again.  IF they do, they will be REPORTED to the IL. ATTY. GEN. Thank you.

Got a call from them at 8:00am. Why they think they should call that early in the morning is beyond me. Judging by the other comments they are calling regarding my Grandmother's Estate. These people are vultures. Yet another number to block. If they are legit, then can send a letter like all the other collections agencies do.

They called me yesterday kept saying call is recorded  asking for social security number I would not give it to them wanting to know if there was any assets!  He was very pushy!

I have received 2 calls from these people. A call from someone else.  I also received a fake letter from saying they were an affiliate of my husbands company.  Don't understand how people can be so cruel.  I handled all finances.  I am not stupid or so distraught that I would fall for something like this.   I did call one of the numbers and let them know how horrible this was.  I never heard from them again!
