C'est effectivement Sears, j'ai vérifié dans mon dossier de factures, il nous appelle pour une confirmation d'adresse et de rappel pour une livraison de gros appareils ou meubles dans les jours à venir.

Il ne laisse jamais de message si ça ne réponds pas, moi je m'en suis rendue compte de cet appel sur mon afficheur (1 nouvel appel) et c'était ce numéro.

Voilà la vraie explication que je partage avec vous tous.

the least they could do is display the name SEARS!!!  My phone displays the 1-866 number and "Unknown Caller".  How hard can that be

Unwanted calls for years. They must stop.

Bought appliances from sears, delivery reminder automated message

It's Sears home delivery, not scam. Basically tell you the order is ready.

Sears Delivery to alert me that my items are arriving as scheduled. Messages left yesterday and today ... very clear. Nice service and reminder.

Received a call a few minutes ago from this number, but upon picking up the receiver, there was nobody there...line was dead.  Caller ID only said "Unknown Number"  I called the number back and it was from Sears.  The person I spoke with said it was to confirm a delivery tomorrow during a specific time period.  When I pointed out that the line went dead when I answered the phone, she could offer no explanation.  I also mentioned that another call had come in from another telephone number this morning, showing on caller ID as "Sears Delivery".  I was not home at the time and there was no message left.  Sears needs to get their delivery confirmation call service straightened out.  Very annoying.
