keeps calling my phone

Female caller with foreign accent telling us she is calling about a payment my husband wanted to make on his medical bill (returning his call). I asked doctor's name and she said that they have many clinets they collect for and she didn't know. That was the clue, especially since we have no unpaid medical bills! How could one be asking for payment and not know payee name? Who are they and where are they?

We just received the same identical call that Medigan got. We didn't return the scammers call.  We could barely understand her accent.  First of all, if we had initiated a call to them, it would have been from my daytime phone, not from my home phone.  That is the first clue this is a scam.

I just received the same call. A lady that I didn't understand her name or doctor. She stated she needed to vertify my insurance. She called the doctor name maybe Provis and said she was from Metroplex Team Associates which I never heard of!! The number on my home phone is a 214 295-7566. I get a recording when I dialed it. The lady said her name was Faneli.
