Advice Denis with Crime Investgiation Dept calling in reference to judgement against me for a cash payday loan with United Cash (Cash Net) for $350.00.   Ask me to hold while he gets his manager by the name of Percy Scott.

I recd numerous calls on my job from a person identifying himself as Raymond Scott.  After going back and forth trying to make payment arrangements which he said he wouldn't accept, he finally told me he would call back every 3 minutes until the debt was paid.  i finally told him what I could pay and he said he would accept a one time payment of $398.00 to be paid by prepaid debit card.  he then told me to write a letter and fax it to them stating I would pay the amount.  What can I do about this and I would like to prevent this from happening to someone else...

For God's sake DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!  This is a long running scam by likely Pakistani fraudsters - the feds are aware of this.

Our office received a ton of calls today from this number.  They asked for a manager and said one of our employees had an outstanding debt.   They apparently used some sort of auto-dial system and called our phone number repeatedly so they grabbed all of our incoming phone lines.   We ask them to stop calling and the guy laughed and said "I'm going to call you 1000 times today and 1000 times tomorrow and keep doing it until you give me a credit card number to pay off this debt".   When we told him we would be contacting the authorities, he said he loves it when he is threatened.  

His name was Mike Thomas from the Legal Dept. of US Cash Advance.   At that point, I called our local police department.  The officer called this number, identified himself and told them to stop the calls or they would be charged by the State Attorney General Office and the police department.   The first person hung up on the officer which really ticked him off, obviously so he called back and asked for a supervisor.  He spoke with a guy who claimed to be a manager so he told him the same thing and after that the calls stopped.  Don't know for how long but we have now gone almost 4 hours and no calls.  When it started all 14 incoming lines were being called every 1-2 minutes non stop for close to 3 hours.  Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

A while ago I had 5 people call me in one wek with the same BS!! told me they were going to send the marshalls to my job to extradite me to California. I aske my coorker whos' husband is a lawyer he called them they nevr called back. Today I got the same call called the number back they kept hanging up on me whe I told them I was going to the FBI. Copy the number down google it you will find out they are most likely reverse hook up cell phones forwarded to little shacks somewhere. ITS TOTAL BS DO NOT FALL FOR IT. If you know you dont owe or did'nt take out a loan why panic? If you did take out a loan ask them to give you the case number and the cmpany filing against you. GUARENTEE THEY WONT OR CANT. They willsay why is hat important to you. I know because they almost got me for $1300

A man with the name Officer Ricky Watson called me from this number saying that I owe his company money and that he would have me arrested if I didn't sen the money. I know who all my creditors are and have been in contact with all of them My creditors informed me that the would not harass me if i owed them money. They would not threaten to put me in jail. I WAANT YOU TO STOP CALLING ME TRYING TO SCAM MONEY FROM ME!!!!!! It is also funny when i look up the zip codes the same company is calling me from two different states.

I have been receiving calls just like those mentioned above, in the latest call he identified himself as Office Vince Taylor. I believe it  is illegal to make such a claim. I think I'll forward the calls to the Attorney General.

PLEASE CALL THE TFC (202) 326-2000 this is the number to make complaint I have done it and more people the better... I ve gotten numbers from  866-893-8482,866-893-8482 and several others...collect as many number as you can and call and tell the FTC cause we as Americans need to to be protected from the foreign terrorist on our jobs, security, and out dignity. IF THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY ARE COMING TO ARREST YOU, OUR THAT THEY ARE A NATIONAL AUTHORITY , tell the FTC, PLEASE MENTION HOW THEY SAID GOOD LUCK AND GOOD PLEASE YOU!!!
