where did you get that from , Rogers is ruthless  they will call you on Sundays  which they are not suppose to by order of the CRTC, don't care about you as a customer only money to them , Just paid out  1.6B with Bell an dpurchased a hockey team. So where  do you get off saying they want to  make there service better. Ever tried to phone them / cusomer service , you can not get a person on the phone , have to go through  many prompts..

I too got their call right after I added the "block callers" feature. So I blocked them :) lol. So far, the extra $4 a month is worth it for me. Lately it had gotten really bad and the do not call registry does not prevent surveys from calling. With this I can block any number. It'll probably require some maintenance from my end but I'll monitor this for a while and see if getting an unlisted number is better.

It's a survey company, Merritt I think they're called. They call on behalf of Rogers to see if you were satisfied with your customer service. I was able to add them to my block list.

Got this number today. Tied to Rogers. I just got Rogers home phone today.
Rogers suggested I log into "My Rogers" and update my "Marketing Permissions".
I checked all the ways Rogers is not allowed to contact me.

The scumbags call me too. They cannot solve any serious problem, and they want to know how happy the customer is. Let them fire the incompetents they hire, or give them better training - IF THEY HAVE THE EXPERTISE IT TAKES TO KNOW WHAT TO TEACH - and then maybe they'll be able to solve the serious problems and then maybe customers will be happy, and they won't need to waste their money, ooops, customer's money, on calls for the survey.

Obviously Rogers are worried. But they have a monopoly: You either buy from them or from Bell. And one is worse the the other. They just take turns in who is going to be worse this time. A game of chicken - and all along the customers get screwed.

And have never had any dealings with Roger.  So why am I receiving a call from Roger's or its affiliate.  Any other non Roger's subscribers receiving these spam calls?

    Merrikate replies to Bell customer
I got so exasperated with these frequent calls that I finally answered -- and angrily listened a minute or two.  I am NOT an easy sell, and resent telemarketing a lot, but guess what?  I soon converted from Bell (my provider for the past 45 years, wouldyoubelieve) to Rogers for my landline, as their current deal is terrific.  Also I;ve become very annoyed with Bell for their business practices, so different nowadays from years ago. Eg. Cranky customer service, even to longterm reliable clients.

Just got the transfer done (in a jiffy) and so far, so good.  Anyhow, I've now blocked this number -- as I'm a customer despite myself. Y'never know.

Unlisted number does not solve it replies to MollyMilaMoby
    Hi there,
We also have an unlisted number, and they just keep on calling... It's a robot system that just dials sequentially so it will call listed and unlisted alike.

The "block list" on a landline worked great for us; do not pick up, let it go to voicemail (they never leave one anyway), then, pick up receiver, dial *60, dial #01# to reject the last caller, then hang up, it is done.

Unfortunately, this number called my cell...  Gotta get an app for that :)

I'd love to give them some feedback.  Reached an agent in Toronto (Raphael) and was not happy with his response to my request.  When asked to speak to his supervisor I was put on hold for 5 minutes and he came back on the line and pretended to be Russel.  Only when I asked for his supervisor did I learn what he had done.   Shame on you, Rogers!

Several calls from this number, no messages ever left.  If it is Rogers as everyone mentioned then there is no need to call me regarding how happy I was with my contact.  I contaced them via click to chat and there is a survey when you end the chat so hellooooo survey already completed.  And I must say it was a big mistake going to Rogers......it's been a nightmare!!!!!!

I've asked Rogers to never call us for any reason. I have my "Marketing Permissions" all set for don't bug us but they still call. Time to let the CRTC know again! https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-eng
