It's a call center, no company name given.

The call came from 661-451-2429, asking me to call 866-896-0264. No company name given or reason for the call.

It was one of those calls where they were had a computer announcing the message and the person that they were looking for.  The name of the person was so garbled, but it didn't sound like me and asked me to call 866-896-0264.  I called the number and recited my phone number and they asked for my name.  They asked to match my name against the phone number.  Why give them my name?  

After I explained that since I got the phone number three years ago, I've been getting calls for the previous owner of the number.  After I told them the garbled named, it matched their database and is going to take the number off of their list.
