Caller left message saying his name was Sal Romano (or Ramano), but not indicating with whom he was affilitated with, and to return his call at this number. He indicated he would be available until 11:00pm.

called said his name was Sal Romano said he would be there till 11:00 PM

guy called up phone calling himself "sgt. ramono" trying to afiliate himself as part of the military. He left message saying "This is of important urgents, to call back imediately. That this is a personal matter, with up most privacy." he spout off a number quicker than an auction seller. I advise to not return his his calls as to he is not part of the military what so ever, infact he is just your ordinary con-artist. So do be careful if this man calls your phone, on another note there is a female who does try to call aswell an does answer the phones when calling back. I found this out myself.

He indicated he would be available until 11:00pm.  Oddly enough, this number is somehow affiliated with (703) 296-0405.  On his machine he identified himself as Cpt. David Brothers (that's what I could make out) with the Wounded Injury Support.... with the Wounded Warrior regiment of the United States Marine Core.  This whole thing sounds fishy.

Like the rest of the comments...I also received a call from this Romano guy, except that he said that this is Mr. Romano, and like the others, he also said to call him back, it is urgent, and that he'll be around until 11pm.  I believe I've also received the female version of this call, but by a lady name Tonya or something.

Guy called, left no affiliation. Said his name was Mr. Ramano and said I should call back tonite and he would be there until 11 PM. I called this morning, no answer, not even a answering machine. Anyone know who he is working for?

I received a call this morning with an 818 665 7438 I did not recognize this number as a familiar  or contact, When I listen to the message  it was from a Mrs Delaeo and told me this was an important call ( did not explain what it was about ) and to call 866- 896- 0265 immediately .. Why are they using 818 area codes?? maybe she  is a private contractor  for this collection agency...??

Paying off debts slowly and the best I can but there is much impatience from the other side..

Asked for my son who does not live in the same city.  Said it was a personal business matter.   Said he should return the call to the 866 number.  However the number on the caller ID was a local number with the name unknown.  It was a woman named Rhonda.

What a scammer - has some broad call from a 630 area code leaves me a message of how urgent it is that I call back 866.896.0265 - so I look both numbers up online and come accross this site.  I remember dealing with this guy a few years back - trys to tell ya he's an officer, investigator etc etc.  He is a bill collector nothing more!!!!  I told him to go **** himself that if he is really a cop or investigator come ARREST ME!!  guess what I am still here!!!!   He trys to be very intimidating but I guess he didnt know that DONT INTIMIDATE ME!!!  Hang up on him thats my advise
