CID said "scam likely". According to the voicemail, it's WE Energies informing customers that Southern Cross has been hired to perform "gas leader" inspections in the area. While there is such a company, & it does "partner with utility companies" to provide such services,  I could find no information of such inspections online, &  calls to WE Energies resulted in being on hold (no surprise there).

I got the same message.  Thank you for researching.  I am glad that I did not respond to the voicemail.

3 calls in one morning.  Did not respond.

Also got THREE calls in a row from this number - very upsetting. I have a voicemail to leave a message so I consider this blatant harassment I let the first call go to voicemail, then denied the other 2 calls which sent them to a spoof "This number has been disconnected" message LOL.

Message from Soyna, claiming she needs to check my gas meter, and WE Energies has contracted with Southern Cross. 1. I don't have a gas meter. I don't have anything connected to natural gas. 2. I live in a secure condo complex, and condo management handles all that. The meters in each building are in a special meter closet, and only Maintenence has the key. 3. Southern Cross manufactures equipment to check meters, but doesn't go out and service them. 4. WE has stated that they haven't contracted with anybody and this is a scam, as reported to WISN.
