I don't know who they want to talk to but they keep calling my number

who are these people they keep calling me

Says from Reliant Energy wanting to talk to the one that handles the electric

I received the following message:

good afternoon this is irene patton the phone number to our office is +1-866-896-3091 please give me a call back at your earliest convenience regarding the business electricity account i am in the office monday through friday until 5 p.m. and i'm looking forward to your call thank you and have a great day goodbye

I don;t have a business electricity account so it looks like telemarketing spam to me.

Looking at old call logs, this one calls me about once a month for the past year. They've left one voicemail simply asking to call back. Either it's actually Reliant Energy trying to get me to switch service or a scam. Either way, they've been blocked.
