They sound like a debt collection agency.

When you call back they say that they are a company called Predators International.  Not sure what any of that means, but it sounds ominous.

Sorry, I misheard.  It's Creditors Interchange.

This company would not tell you who they actually are until you tell them who you are...well they do tell you, but not totally, they say they are CI. so that sounds like Creditors Interchange may be true.

Receive numerous calls from this number 24/7.  No answer at other end when I answer and when they call my husband they ask for me.

I continue to get an annoying call about once every couple weeks from this 1-866-896-5253 phone number looking for Robert or Barbara Stewart.  I am neither and would like to have them STOP calling my phone number.  I am about to see if I can use the National Do Not Call list to put an end to their calls.  Like others, I call back to tell them to remove my number and the phone just rings.  Today it answered and then was put in a que for over 5 minutes before I became tired and hung up. How do we get rid of these leaches?

I get this number every so often and they ask for people whom I have never heard and it is always a Mr Smith or Jones. Then they ask who I am! Sounds like a fishing expedition by a telemarketer. Go away! Sounds like a company trying to bypass the do not call list to me!!
