Getting these calls daily at my office. Everything everyone else is saying is happening to me. I've been yelling at him now to stop calling. They just fight back! Driving me crazy!!!!!!

They just call and hang up without any explaining....very rude...leaving the auto dialer on for 24 hours at 3.9 cents per call this is going to cost them a few bucks. I'll leave it on in the office over the next few weekends just to fatten up the charge back to them.

sure have, pain in the ass... looking to receive your personal bank account number,,,, so they can debit it....

Phone just rang from this number. No message left. When I called number back, it said "You have reached extension 317, but the mail box is full... blah blah blah...   same ole same ole...

They are starting to call me twice a day since i told them we weren't interested yesterday. today i told them we're not interested in POS or merchant service as we are not retail. that was this morning, they just called back and they will call again next week, where i will just have to repeat the process of ignoring their calls.

Very pushy and i could here his colleauges in the backround clapping and cheering, when he said we need his services.

Calls us a few times a week. I finally called back - it plays obnoxious music and a recording that says mailbox  is full.  Sadly, my business phone cannot return the favour to them when they call me!!
We are on the don't call list and I'd love to report them along with a few others that seem to think the 'no call list' doesn't include them!!!!

They called implied that they were the company we do business with for our debit and CCD transaction.

When asked straight out...they danced around a bit but yes, they were in some way working with/for the company we use.

He said that there have been changes to government regulation on the amount of fees that we are being charged on our m/c & visa transactions through our terminal and that we have a refund coming.

The end result was that he wanted the percentage we are being charged for these transactions and then asked me to fax the page of m statement that has the info he needs.  When I asked why he doesn't already have this info ...he says that he has only a working copy or something to that effect..  

I called my "company" and they said absolutley..no way. not associated with them, not working with or for them.  SCAM

Received these calls months ago, stopped for a bit, now started again today! :(

Yes I did. It was Access Payments. They guarentee the lowest rate on credit card and debit card transactions. I told the guy I only take cash and cheques in my business, he said I could get more customers from my closest competetor. I laughed saying they are 45 min away and I don't care what they do. He then told me he would have someone call me to talk about setting me up, I told him I am not interested. He then asked for my HST# or my birth date. I said no way! I don't give that out over the phone to people I do not know. His answer was I am ------- from Access Payments and I am your friend. I told him he was not my friend and he was not getting the info. Got another call from them 23 hours later but did not pick it up. wish they would just [***] !!! I am trying to work here to earn a respectfull living at a real job. They should try getting one!!   Keep bugging me and SOME ONE IS GOING TO GET A HURT !!!!!!!!

I was looking for a job online, and came across Axxcess Payments, I wanted to know more about this company but doesnt seem legit I've been called for an interview is this company telemarketing or a fraud cause if it is they can kiss my ass lol.  Plz help ??????
