This number keeps on harassing me.I get phone calls at work .

This number started out calling me one to two times a day now they call non stop they say that they are trying to resolve a claim against me the lady that keeps calling says her name is Silvey and she's with APS when I research APS it comes up as some kind of medical condition or as Arizona Power. The lady hasn't told me what the matter is or will she. She also keeps leaving me messages on my personal phone kinda different from the every day scammer. So not for sure if i should call this lady back or not

Saying I owe them from a loan that was never paid.

I received the same recorded call asking asking if anyone knows my where abouts to press #. They also called my brothers phone asking for me. They don't say who they are.
