They have called me once every few weeks for a while, I get removed, they put me back in. They never leave a message and when I call, they are looking for an OLD acquaintance of mine who never even owned this phone number. Supposedly I will be removed from their computer, but it's only a matter of time before I'm back in their computer again.

Called looking for my step-mom. I told her if she didn't want to give me any information on why she was calling that I wouldn't pass along the message. I changed my number to an out of area number four years ago. NO idea how they managed to find my number and that we are "related". If they are so desperate to locate her why can the find me but not her. Something is fishy with this place!

Google your name & number, any place such as Spokeo that shows up, make them remove the information. And yes, there are sites that list possible relatives as well. Also here:

I've been getting these calls for a few years looking for Michelle Stone.  I've had the same cell phone number for 20 years and I've never know this person.  I've asked them numerous times to remove my number because I don't know her.  They still call.  This is so irritating.  I put in on my "reject" list.

I like to blow an eardrum bursting horn in their ear, but if I don't have that handy, I Just Mess With them, Ask Them questions about their financial affairs, social security number, employment history, etc. I like to be really intimate with my caller, know all I can, they seem to want to know all about me, so it's only fair, funny thing is shouldn't they already know my information, haha, I give them the long version about my time in the nuthouse after I snapped and started hunting down and dismembering telemarketers/scammers.   Oh what fun :)
