they call, hang up when i answer. call back, and get gay music.

WTF?  I'm 3000 miles away from this [***] resort, and I can't even call their 1-800 number from here.  How can this possibly do anything for their publicity.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. I HAVE NEVER CALLED THESE PEOPLE OR PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THEM. YET THEY CALL ME daily. DAILY! sometimes they hang up on me before they answer. Most times, they ask for the wrong person and then hang up on me while I am trying to tell them they have the wrong number. But here is the kicker -- they continue to call. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their list. There is no apology. They just hang up on me. I am told the owner of this resort is Joe Scott. I am filing a complaint with the National Do Not Call List, which I am on -- at 1-888-383-1222. I also have called Mr. Scott and left a message. After 7 mos. of this, I will report them.

Received 11 calls throughout yesterday, including at 9:00 PM last night. (Yes, creepy music and no voicemail when I called back.) Just answered the call - - it's "Summer Bay Resorts" claiming that I have a $500 credit on my account for a previous purchase of a Disney vacation.  I have never purchased such a trip.  The funny thing is that I used to get these calls with a different company name and had asked them to take me off their list.  Rocco just now apologized for me getting so many calls and assured me that he is taking me off the list.  I thought there were rules about this stuff?

Here's the deal - - I just tried to file a complaint with Do Not Call, but I am not able to because the number (866-902-9833) was registered on July 23, 2008.  They have 31 days to comply with the Do Not Call - - I can only file a complaint if they call after 8/23/2008.

Pretty nasty twist on all of this - - the same company can harass you regardless of your DNC status by simply by changing their phone number and maximizing on the 31 day grace period.  You'd think they would be smarter than that - - those of us who have asked to be removed are not going to buy their travel deals.

Recieve daily calls from this number~ 866-902-9833. Returned call today and Jesse finally answered with music in background. I ask him why he was calling me to which he denied and insisted he has never called my number.

Called several times a day.  No voicemail.

I've been getting these calls for about a month, 1-2 times per day.  There are 2-3 rings, and then it hangs up with no message.  If I call back, there is nothing but hold music.  I started filing complaints with the do not call registry earlier this week, though I am not sure how much good that does.  I tried calling my provider, Sprint, but they said there is nothing they can do.

I just got a call from this number and the lady was so rude. she begins to tell me in 2005 i stayed over at the ramada hotel or some other hotel and i'm being charged 500 dollars overdue, which i've never been to any of these hotels. I ask the lady why the hell are you calling me now when its 2008 and supposedly i stayed in 2005. she yelled and said you need to pay because your overdue, you need to pay now! then hung up. what an idiot. anyhow, i called back the number and theres no such number anymore. grrrr i hate telemarketers

I keep getting these calls all day long from different numbers, same company. I  get taken off one list, then put on another.

SOLUTION:   Go to      www.donotcall.gov

after 20 days it is illegal for them to call you. The government puts a block on your phone number for any sales companies to call you.

call your and their local police department to complain , it is only way to stop them.

"www.Donotcall.gov" is not going to work, they will change the phone number every month. my *57 is not work too and my phone carrier tell me to file a complain at "www.Donotcall.gov"

Carefull on the *57... They charge you $8.00 for each successful call trace.

Call every day.  No words or sound.  Call number back get stupid music forever.  Got tired of waiting hung up

Have received several calls from this number, with most of the same results as other complaintents.

This needs to be stopped............

Its starting again.  Answered the phone and no response, when you call back instrumental music that is endless.  Happened about the same time last year and they called for about 2 weeks.

Getting several calls everyday.

Calls come from this number nearly every day or so. No one there when I say hello. It is so annoying and interrupting and often during evening hours.
