same here, my sirius expired and now they continue to call, even on Sundays. I told them to stop calling and hang up on them twice. VERY anoying

 I started getting the calls - My new car 6 month free subscription ran out.  They called about a week ago and I told them no.  Now the Robo calling is starting.  Being on the 'National No Call' list will do no good as they have a 'business relation' with you and are exempt.  Best you can do is 'Block' the call....

 I too have been hit by this 'robo' calling.  I got a call on May 24th from a 'live' person at SirusXM and declined the service.  My 'free' trial was due to end on June 5th.  On June 9th, my radio did a 'firmware update' and I assumed that SirusXM was being turned off.
 Starting on 6/20, I started getting the 'robo' calls - no one on the line(I waited several minutes one time).  I did a search and found this site, so I 'blocked' the calls.
 I also sent an email to SirusXM and copied it to the Minn Attorney General's office.  I got several emails from Sirus asking my full name/phone #/email?radio ID - They should have all this info - Right?  Anyway, the 3rd email response said that they would generate a 'ticket' to stop the calling.
 The next day, I got an email from the Minn State Attorney's office asking about this!  I have provided them with copies of the emails and a complete phone log of the calls I kept getting.  It's been almost 2 full days with no 'robo' calls - Maybe I am free....

After getting my new car (well, two year pre-owned) I started getting calls once a day always in the early morning while I was asleep. Never a voicemail. This went for a couple weeks then stopped. As my free trial ended three months later (it was never actually activated in my car) they started calling again. When I was finally awake to pick up the woman understood that I didn't want to be on it and took me off the list. I didn't receive a call for a couple weeks, then today I got another. When answered there was no one there but the same number. Hopefully it doesn't start up again

You are absolutely correct!  It's Sirius.  My 6 months that Ford gives expired and they keep calling me.  No message is ever left.

Sirius satellite radio - the "free trial" on my new ford escape expired, and they keep calling me trying to sell more subscription to me. I've asked them three times to stop calling me and have advised I will not purchase the product. they keep giving me the same routine canned speech about how they will remove my number but - there is always a but. three times told them stop calling me. now I am so aggravated with their marketing tactics I wouldn't purchase their service if it were the last radio on the planet. this is enough to drive me to stop buying fords too.

This is a scam, they want you to pay 1.95 and they will send you a Wal-Mart or Target gift card worth $100!  I asked her why they would do that and she hung up on me!

It is a place called the Department.  They want you to pay $1.95 and say they will send you a $100 gift card from Target or Walmart for no reason, my father in law got a letter in the mail with a confirmation number.  He asked me to look into it.  When I questioned the idiot on the phone she hung up on me!

THEY CALL EVERY MORNING ABOUT THE SAME TIME.  NO ONE IS EVER ON THE PHONE.  I WANT IT TO STOP!!!

I just received this call on my cell phone. The man introduced himself and said he was with Sirius radio. He was pushy about getting me to resubscribe, even though I told him I was not interested.

They call me every day. I'm filing a complaint with the FCC, the Federal Communications folks. Don't know if this will help since this is a Federal Government process but going to try.

They call all the time and I don't answer.  Seems there is no stopping them.

Yes, I finally called the number back after I read this stream, and it is Sirius.  My new Ford had it for 6 months free and it expired about two weeks ago.  I called them back and gave them a  piece of my mind, told them it's harassment and not to call my number again or I'm reporting them to the Feds and suing their as**es off!  We'll see if that worked.  If not, I'll send them a certified letter with a copy to my attorney and actually WILL sue their as**es off!!!  I'm looking for a way to take a cruise anyway.  LOL
