- annoyed personYes, they are very annoying. they call twice a day. Use to be a person. now they send machines to do their job cause they keep asking for my son who is 4 months old. I told them to ask for me or my wife by name cause our names are on the paper too. They said they ask for him cause he owes the bill. I said ok. since he is under 18 he cannot be legally held so I guess we owe you nothing, and yes, this is what a lawyer would tell you too. They did not like that too much and hung up. called back 10 minutes later again another person. Said the same thing. Now they just harass with machines. Well, not anymore since I use voipyourlife.com. Now I just blacklist their A$$E$! Along with any other creditors or A$$E$ who either bother me or just not let them through when they don't show who is calling me. TECHNOLOGY Is AWESOME! Sometimes.

- MollyJust received a call from this number...let a VM stating that they are from Account Management and need to speak with me regarding a "business matter". I see from this website that it is a medical collection agency. Well I have no medical debt...
- JYeah, no medical debt here either, but I started getting the calls today.
- MatthewI also started receiving calls from this number. I don't and never have had any outstanding medical collections. I just called the only medical institution that I've ever owed money to, and they said I paid all my bills on time and they never needed to notify an agency.
Sounds like a scam to me. - MatthewOK, I figured it out. After posting above, I got in touch with someone at the number. She refused to give me the name of the company she worked for and would only say she worked for "Account Services." In other words, it's a third-party agency that is white-labeled to work on behalf of other companies, hence the non-disclosure of the company name.
This is NOT a collection agency. It's more of a payment reminder service. As I mentioned above, I have never had any collections action against me, but that doesn't matter. If you have ever had a bill in process with a medical organization that uses this service (whose name is unknown), you risk getting called. In my case, the bill was paid on time, but they were calling anyway, so it seems to have been a mistake.
I explained the situation, and she said, "Let me check their website." So it sounds as if they have some sort of web access to various organizations' payment systems, as she did see the exact date and payment type for the bill in question (and both were correct according to my records, too). I'm not sure why my account was flagged as needing to be called, however, since my bill was not only paid, but it was not late. She assured me that my records have been updated.
As far as people getting lots of hang-up calls is concerned, that's pretty easy to explain if you have any IT experience managing contact centers, and it's not too nefarious. They're clearly using a power-dialer but have very limited staff. Their line-to-agent ratio is inordinately high, which means the dialer is going nuts in the background making calls, but when it gets through to an actual person, the dialer can't present the call to an agent in the contact center, since they have all in the interim either taken an inbound or been presented with another outbound, so it drops the call. This is pretty normal behavior for most modern dialers. And I'm assuming they don't update their dial tables too often, which would explain why we are all getting pestered with phone calls.
Hope this helps!
Matthew - bassman replies to Nite| 4 repliesI got the same thing on my answering mech. and I am not calling
- JessicaI received a message on my answering machine from "Accounts Management" addressed to my MINOR child. I called the number left in the message- 866-904-1002, and the recording said that all representatives were busy. That I could continue to hold or I could leave a message and someone WOULD get back to me. I held for approximately 15 minutes when I was asked to leave a message. I refused and my call was terminated. I searched the number online and found this message board. Strange how so many people have been bothered by this number and repeatedly.

- confusedGot a hold of me but I did call back-to fishy.
- bunchabullThis number is a company that manages collections for medical services mostly for hospitals and doctors. They have an auto caller system that is run by their computer. The computer calls a number and either immediately transfers you to the next collections person or automatically places you on hold until the next one is available. Thats why to me it sounds like at first they are unfamiliar with your information. Because when they take the call your information then comes up on their computer screen. These types of companies drive me crazy!

- Pat replies to bassman| 3 repliesI have solved the mystery. This phone number is for Fairview Health Services Acct. Management Dept. Minneapolis, MN. I finally got hold of a real person after they left repeated messages on my cell phone. Turns out, they had entered the WRONG phone number for a patient's account. Alternative phone numbers for them are: 888 702-4073, and 612 672-6724. Mayber a few phone calls back to them, will help them ensure accuracy when hounding people.
- Kim KI have been receiveing these phone calls every Sunday for the past 3 weeks. I have not been home to answer them, thankfully, and I have never called them back...
- MinneapolisI am getting these calls repeatedly as well. I did have medical treatment at Fairview Medical center, but have paid for it in person. And they call while their office is closed, so there isn't even any way to get back to them. Very irritating.
- Caller: accounts management
- Roam BankesI have received phone messages every single day, sometimes twice a day. I have tried to call back but no answer.
- tompeoplel calling about a business account no company name
- CarolI do not know why they continue to call me, but, a recorded message is left on my answering machine. I have not tried to call them back, and don't plan to after the comments I have read in this report. The recording says this is not a sales call, it is an important business matter.
- Caller: Accounts Management Office
- ShaiThey call and leave a generic message. When I call back it's another generic message. They won't identify themselves.
- Caller: Won't say
- ll replies to Nite| 6 repliesi work at this number. you should really call back. its a billing department at a local medical facility regaurding an issue with your account
- christineIt is automated, but the reason you're getting these calls is because you need to pay your medical bills. its not a scam, if you don't straighten it out with them (call them back) you'll just keep getting them, and, if you ignore them, chances are your bill will be sent to a collection agency! So be responsible and call them back!
