It's a billing department of a hospital. Not sure about the name.

It is the billing department for all Tenet Facilities in CA. Completely legitimate. most calls you receive are for information needed to bill you or your insurance correctly. Some are for follow surveys to see how you are doing and determine the level of care you received.

It's bizarre.  Even if you try to answer, no one answers on the other end.  I've never been in CA and have no relationship with this company.  Bizarre they keep calling over and over.

From what I understand, this is a company that handles billing for a lot of hospitals. They should be fired. They are awful. Yes, no one answers. I left message after message. I never received a call back. It has been 10 months now, and my account is not correct; and I started calling right away. Originally, I left messages for Account Specialist Joe S ext 6322 at 800-346-0775. He never called me back once to get my account corrected, but he did send my account to collections 866-486-6967 or 866-904-6871. Finally, with the hospitals help, I got a live person. She gave me Duane Robinson direct line 1-469-365-8417. Duane is Joe S. ext 6322 supervisor. I left messages for him too. I never got a call. This is no way to run a business. 10 months later the hospital and physicians still have not been paid because they cannot answer their phone or return messages to get my account correct in order to bill the insurance company. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

I get a past due notice on a copay that I paid in full right on the spot when I saw my doctor.  This company is using the hospital's name to tell me that I failed to pay my co-pay.  I called them back several times, sent all copies of my cleared check.  NOTHING!!

Who are you and why are you calling?  You should not leave an automated message that just says call 866-904-6871.  Very unprofessional and doesn't tell the customer any info that would have the customer call you back.  You need to leave details.

Who is this calling from 866-904-6871? I know the recording ask for me to press 1 if it is me, but I did not do that and just wrote down number. Is this some kind of cell phone scam? I am not going to answer for any unknown number or press a confirmation unless I can verify who I am actually dealing with.

Ditto. This is almost sounding like a scam to me. No message of note. A claim I havent paid a bill, and that bill was over a year ago. If I owe medical institutions for services rendered, they will recieve money orders from the post office.  See if they want to go up against the United States Postal Service, the little gits.

As is the case, I already have a payment plan for such occasions, so no dice Mr. Debt Collector.

Says toll free caller, says calling for your local hospital, recorded voice. Wants last 4 of SSN.  Not giving them This info so hung up on them.  They should do a better job of identifying themselves and why they are calling.

I have been having problems with this company since day 1.  Now they are getting my money every month and then claiming they are not getting it.  Even after I faxed in copies of my credit card statements showing the charges.  I  have had to talk to this company about 30 times for anything to be done around here in the past.  And in this case nothing is being done.  I am tired of it and I wonder how many people this company is milking without them knowing it.  See even if you pay, your balance due never goes down.  How many folks are even paying attention to that?  WHO DO I CALL TO COMPLAIN TO?

They need to give more detail in their recording. All it says is "this is a call from your hospital." Tell me what hospital and who you are calling for please.

This is a very inept company doing billing for hospitals across the USA.  They are incompetent and I am thinking maybe another India outsource.  We need to complain to our local facilities and get these people fired.
