I filed and made a report with the sheriffs dept. I told them I wanted to press charges. With in 20 min of making the report I had an email stating that the money would be refunded. The only way to deal with these people is to press charges. You will be amazed at how fast a cop will take care of fraud. They will not argue with a sheriffs deputy or other form of law enforcement. This all took me a total of one hour to deal with . I hope this helps every one who has been a victim of fraud from them . Remember press charges.

I have a $44.09 charge on 7/5 & 7/12.  I am disputing charges with my bank.  I do not recall receiving any phone call whatsoever.  Just so happens the 7/5 charge happened the same day another company took money out of my bank for @ $49.00.  I contacted the company and received a credit back to my bank.

Same here Maria 2 charges of $44.09. Still dealing with the bank to see if it was my card or hubby's - then it will be cancelled. Really frustrating!!! Who has the time or money to deal with this kind of stuff!!!

I just experienced the same however they charged my debit card 44.09 3 times over the past 3 weeks.  Somehow they too got my debit card and I've closed my card.  Please be aware of this company!  I called the number referenced on my statement, and it's a voice mail where the mailbox is full!

Hi, I have two charges on my card for 89.19 from this company and I know I have not authorized such charges.

I also noticed a charge to my CitiBank of $44.09.  After being on hold for 20 minutes, the call was answered.  I gave my name and telephone number.  "Marie" said my account would be credited within 5 business days.  I will be watching!

I too got a call today saying that i would get $120 in gas coupons. I got suspicious and checked my account which was charged twice with $44.09. I called my card company, they forwarded it to claims and reimbursed me. They also sent a new card.

Be quick and call you card company as sson as you see these charges.

I also found a charge for $44.09 from 7/5 on my charge card. By chance it was declined because they had the old expiration date. I also do not recall ordering any thing from them. That is a card that I rarely use so I know I didn't authorize anything. This morning I found a charge for $23.95 from 7/16 on my debit card. Also from Resv Glow. They are closed on  the weekend so I'll have to call on Monday and find out about this.  What bothers me is they have 2 different account numbers of mine. Whenever I try to go to the site it never goes through.I will definitely find out what's going on. If I get no answers I also will dispute the charges with my bank and change the other card.

Just discover initial 89.19 reoccuring debit from bank acct. 5/25 under I Tech Marketing.  Then another 89.19 6/28 under ReservationPower....TOTALLY unauthorized..never got a phone call or anything.  HOW did they get my acct #.  Wachovia was very helpful;reported as fraud, will refund.  Was anyone ever able to get these folks on the phone?

I didn't even get a call! They just debited!!!!

I also have a charge of 89.19.  After being on hold for thirty minutes, the customer service rep claimed they can't refund my money because they don't sell any products for 89.19.  I told her I wasn't stupid. 44.09 x 2 is 89.19 and I didn't order anything from them.  I asked to speak to the supervisor and she claimed the supervisor was gone and eventually she hung up.

I meant my charge was 88.19.

In reviewing my bank account of another charge from MYPPHELP.com I just noticed a charge from RESVGLOW for $23.95 pm 7/20/2011.  You can bet I am reporting this.

I just got charged by them as well $44.09.  It's a credit card I rarely use and I'm trying to pay off.  Already turned it in as a fraudulent charge.

omg - that is exactly what happened to me - MYPPHELP - chargned my account 49.95 - 4 times, on 3 different days, then  on the same days 1.95 - then this RESVGLOW - charged my account 23.95 -- they must be working together.... i can;t even say what i think of these crooks.........i will not stop till i get every penny back, and see that they are caught.  how do people , or slimes, do this to others people in this economy???  i will pray they burn in he..........

I accidentally found this Resvpower on my rarely used CC, it charged my CC twice on July 7 and 12 for $44.09 each. I tried to call the number 866-907-9689 and 877-712-4431. I called many many times, every time I was put to listen music and then disconnected. Out of choice I searched on line and realized it is a fraudulence, and thousand people have got the same charge from this bad company.

I have called my CC and they said they need to cancel my card and do some investigation on it. I wonder why this bad guy is still not put to jail!

I HAD THE SAME THING ON MY CARD - THERE WERE 2 CHARGES FOR A TOTAL OF 88.18.  I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY AND BLOCKED IT FROM NOW ON.  I WONDER JUST HOW MANY THEY DO GET AWAY WITH.  THEY ARE GETTING WEALTHY - MOST PEOPLE LOOK AT THE 44.09 AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT.  SO SAD !!  THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE HUNG AT THE VERY LEAST
