88.18 charge on my visa credit card that I rarely use.  I work at the Bank that my card is issued from. I keep a close tab on my card. This is fraud. My card is canceled and re-issue. Calling the number 5 x now with no resolution. When you call, they have a recording saying, "Member Services- if you are calling because of a 44.09 charge on your statement, please press 1, otherwise press 2" pressing 1 - music plays then hangs up and a busy signal. calling back pressing 2- a recording says "we are closed. our hours are 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time. please call back during 'normal' business hours", - click-. FRAUD!!!

I have two charge on my acct. for $89.19 from this company...isn't this illegal? Does anyone know who they are and how they might have gotten my information

I have been charged $23.95 on my VISA. I talked with the credit company to cancel this charge & tried to contact RESVGLOW. Any products sent will be returned as error or fraud. I will not pay this. I have also cancelled my 15 yr VISA. I am sick of false membership/product charges on my account.

I also had a 89.19 charge; the company will not answer the phone. Total rip off, I didn't authorize the charge. I was charged 89.19 in May and 89.19 in June.I reported fraud to my cc company and hope to get the cash back.

Had the same experience... two charges of $44.09 from RESVGLOW and $1.95 from MYPHELP. I cancelled my card as well.

My CC that I rarely use was charged without my authorization.  
6/2/11 Resvpower charged 89.19.  
7/8/11 Resvpover charged 44.09.  
7/11/11 Resvpower charged 44.09.
7/19/11 Mypphelp.com charged 1.95.
When I call 866-907-9689, the mailbox is always full and cannot take any message.
I called my CC bank and they said that the charges were ligitimate.  
I couldn't claim the loss.  
I hope that somebody can do something to stop this fraudulant charge activity that goes around.

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Geoff, I found 5 unauthorized charges on my debit card. How did the Sheriffs Dept know how to reach these people? All are the same place but 3 different names: H-MSupport 800-5239239, TERNECKHELP.COM 800-505-3795  They tell me they are just the payment processing company (Help@chargehelper.com) no name, no supervisor, nothing they can do. First charge Pro-Resv lists www.resv-powe which is no help.

I googled all over the place to try and find a good ph # for www. RESV-POWE, CA.      

1-866-907-9689  is not a  recognizable phone #,  don't waste your time......

   One customer actually recv'd a  bottle and it had   the phone # on it:   800-505-3795...

   I called it, it's called  24/7 Support.  He is crediting my cr. card for the 2

scammed charges for $ 44.09 each on 7/8 and 7/12/2011...

Plus your credit card bank should credit your acct if you called w/ in 60 days of the false charges.

Your CC bank is wrong, about being legitimate charge, I would change banks.  Have them look at the website for www.RESV-POWE, CA
and have them look at all the scammed charges that hard working people are writing in about..

I finally found that # from a person who actually rcv'd a bottle of their diet crap.

Someone has gotten your cc # when you used it somewhere, or maybe a worker at the bank , who know, one msg said their Edw Jones acct was charged , so who knows..

would be 7 to 10 business days.  This is a sub-contracted company that takes the calls for the orders.
I have charges from other companies as well, all only 1 a month for approx 44.95

Two different numbers call into my home several times a month. I ignore them because I feel they are fraudulent and do not want to inadvertently give more personal information to fuel their insanity.

Both sound foreign. And both say that legal action has been taken against my name and that I had better call them or have my lawyer call them back to confirm information. Like that will happen.
