Spectrum,  I just got an email That I have a new bill and today they call about payment?
Ridiculous looks like I need to block them. I think it’s a bit of a stretch to be calling before the bill has even arrived in the mail.

Same for me, I pay every month before due date and they keep telling me I am behind.  I get these calls repeatedly.

Total spam.

Unwanted Calls, rejected, scam.

Caller used themself as Spectrum, but this is not the number you call to reach Spectrum. They asked me to call them back at 8669145806, stating the call is regarding important changes to my Spectrum account. I don’t believe this is Spectrum, it’s a scammer!

The message says it is spectrum about a change in status of account. Usually that you have a bill due, just paid, or are late with payment.

It was my turn today. We recently got new Spectrum equipment dumped on our doorstep and finally got it installed. Now this call. I don't plan to call back. Another site warned that it was a robocaller with a severe call activity and advised not to answer. If they call again, I'll block.

This is the second recorded message received within a week. Does not identify company calling from but says important account information. Asks for person by name.

Spectrum calling about a payment/change of status for Kevin Bailey.  Don't know the person. Blocked their number but still got through to leave message. Spectrum has called for 3 months regarding this message!!! Stop!

866-914-5806 called 31 March 2022 at 12:15pm and 6:16pm. "Hello. This is an automated message from Spectrum about an important change in the status of the account belonging to _____. Please call us within the next 24 hours at 866-914-5806. Again please call Spectrum regarding an important change in the status of your account within the next 24 hours at 866-914-5806."

Spectrum's annoy-a-customer robocall calling 2 weeks before payment is due. They call several times a day until you call them to tell them you get it and to leave you alone. They do this when you run a month behind.

Opened my spectrum app while it was babbling that i owed money. Spectrum's app said i was paid in full, in fact, next month's payment is already in place. My safeguard against "late payments."

Spectrum important message of my account.  Please call with 24 hours. This is my first time late ever and received this call ten days later.

Repeated robocalls about owing Spectrum money.  Then (lo and behold) once I hang up and log in to my account I'm all paid up after all.  I suspect a scam.

Had a Spectrum number for 4 years and STILL getting collection calls from Spectrum for their previous customer, Lisa Potter having this phone number. Call ID says it is a SPAM call. But they have her name.
