    Got this WEIRD voicemail from this number, claiming to be Spectrum, claimed my account was behind & about to have service discontinues, then went into a WEIRD OBSCENE OBVIOUSLY foreign profanity laced bunch of BS -" punta" this "punta Spectrum, I know you sick of Punta Spectrum, Phillipe in San Diego," and about 6 more punta's.  WTF??? Of course didn't call that number, called Spectrum, I was behind slightly, but hadn't gotten statements - it's a fairly new account and as older lady yes, I use mailed statements.  Hopefully fixed but concerned how these freaks got my info????? And WTF  punta who ever called me.

    I got the same  call and immediately called spectrum. They said my balance was zero and my account was in good standing and there were no changes in my status. They said this call has been going around for years, and not to call the number. I told them they should try to get it stopped.

    I got two phone calls, a text and an email 94.99 for 400 mbps that drops out n buffers was 18 days late cuz I since 2012, never late but a few select 3 x in 12 yrs. Internet only customer I just pd them $198.93 it's in the bank pending paid ahead one month plus 18 days late this is ludicrous and harassment is off the charts. Mofos need their biz yanked and a new Internet co. Needs to kick it up in neohio real soon kinetic is even worse, had them back in 2010 refused to give me my wifi password after having 7 Mon of wifi n I had no laptop. Imagine that. This number said it would cost me $5 to talk to a representative bs. Unlawful I'm on the do not call list

    I'm getting rid of Spectrum today! I don't need their robo calls and they just woke me up with their nonsense. And their bill has been increasing every single month! I had Windstream before this, but didn't have one single issue for 4 yrs plus years. I'm going to Metronet asap!

    Easy enough to figure it out. If you have a subscription with them, just check your account or call them from a number you know is theirs. If you are not one of their customers, then it doesn't really matter if the number is real or not, right?

    Got this call today "Hello. This is an automated message from Spectrum about an important change in the status of the account belonging to _____. Please call us within the next 24 hours at 866-914-5806. Again please call Spectrum regarding an important change in the status of your account within the next 24 hours at 866-914-5806."  This is a SPAM call.  Called Spectrum on their regular number and account is fine, even have a credit balance.  They also said they don't call customers so....  Either block the call, ignore it or have some fun with it.  The longer you keep them on the line is less time that they can scam others lol.  You can always ask them to confirm your account number and they tell you they can't do that or they answer with your phone number.  Tell them you want YOUR account number and they end up hanging up on you lol

    This is the first time that I have received the automated "we're going to shut you DOWN imMEdiately if you don't pay NOW" Call, two WEEKS before my payment is DUE! Also, I just MADE a payment! It's MY fault that I'm LATE, but I KNEW that THIS was not NORMAL! I called TWICE to confirm, and I was correct that I'm not in jeopardy of being "shut down" any time soon, and no explanation was given as to WHY this had happened for the FIRST time in over 10 YEARS!
