Harassing phone call  from Frank Vega

Called numerous occasions at different times and even night and weekends. Just received another call, and it's Saturday late afternoon. Really tired of this nonsense.

Claimed to be an attorney's office. Ready to file suit on unpaid credit card balance from FirstUSA. Debt had been sold to outfit called TrakAmerica. "Mr. Mitchell" was the caller. Refused to allow recording of phone call. Refused to have discussion RE debt payment. Hung up on conversation.

I just got another call from this 866 number.
How do I stop this??

repeated calls about my 'outstanding debt' they were sold from CapitalOne cc company..refused to give me details or any documentation..wanted payments or payment arrangemets..'angela' hung up on my after my repeated request for a mailing address for their organization.

Meridian Management Solutions aka/Erica Lynn Brachfeld & Associates, P.C.
is a huge scam. Her company will file a complaint against you and hope that you not file pleading papers. If you don't she can seek an immediate judgement against you and levy your bank account or payroll check. File the papers as Erica the scam artist will not send a representative to court and the case will be dismissed. Make sure to file a complaint with the CA Bar Association and the FTC too.

no talk so how i stop this phone number.

Repeatedly get calls from them asking for someone who we don't know.  They claim to be an attorney collecting on a debt.  I have asked them to stop several times  to no avail.  They are rude when I tell them to stop calling because we don't know the person they are asking for.

It hasn't even been an hour since they called last.  I held on the phone for someone to pick up their automated call, when someone finally did pick up and I asked them to stop once again they had the gall to say they didn't call me.  I told them I picked up a call from them and have not hung up yet.  I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me.

when I answer the phone, I am on hold listening to elevator music.  They call everyday!

They keep calling for a person that I have no clue who  the person is. They tell you stay on line to update records but golly gee nobody comes on line.  Very annoying

what are pleading papers? just got a call from this "brachfeld law group" saying they are going to sue me and garnish my wages for prosper learning/john cummuta scam from 2008. I want to make this go away... please help if you can. email is InthewindHD420@aol.com. list cummuta crap as title so I don't

Send them a letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested demanding validation of the alleged debt. Per the FDCPA they have five days to respond and have to cease collection attempts until they send you proof of the debt. If they continue calling or take you to court without first proving you legitimately owe them money, they can be fined $1,000 per violation.
