Whomever this number is used by is probably a hacker. They call me, and hang up. Sounds phishy to me. Pun intended. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN.

I got a call but missed it. Try to return, and as was already pointed out, the number doesn't accept incoming calls. I read some of the reports from here and have blocked that number from coming again.

I just received a call andwhen I answered they hung up.  this is harrassment of some sort.

I see one person in this list is disabled another is on east coast, any chance we are all users of Access A Ride? Not sure but some of the brokered car services use toll free lines and I got a call the other day I did NOT miss and he asked me to evaluate yesterday's driver...  Today I missed two calls from this number. Scam or real? It would be nice if they left a message- Hmm.

Received a call from this number (866) 917-5244 on my cell phone. They hung up before I could answer the phone. When I called back a recording came on saying "this is a non emergency number. We do not except incoming calls." Probably a scam or telemarketers.

I picked up and it started ringing... Waited... Then it said all lines are busy please try to call again later... Called back saidmits a non emergency call and they will call another time/date.

Just got a call.  Didn't answer because of all the scam calls we've been getting lately.  I can't believe there hasn't been anything done.  These calls go back to 2010.

This number continuously calls several times a day for the last two weeks all hours , starting at 8 am to 10 pm EST . Even time I try to answer, they just hang up, or I hear noises,  but no one talking. I have now put it on my block list.

I was wondering the same thing. I use MTM for medical rides...

I was asleep for awhile and woke up to find a missed call from this number on my phone. They left a voicemail but there was no sound whatsoever. I found this site.on Google and read through this thread.   I saw a post that someone used MTM Transportation. Does everyone here use MTM transportation. I use MTM as well

Just received a call from 866-917-5244 at 2:14 east coast time on my cell phone. They always call me and hang up the phone. And no one says anything. And my cell phone is registered on the do not call list. I wish they would stop calling me.

I use access-a-ride in New York. I wonder if this is the reason why I get these calls ?

Ok, well it's starting to make a little more sense, I also use MTM medical transportation so it's probably some sort of auto dialer through them.

I am not an MTM user, but still gets the call from this number.

They called me, I answered...it rang back to them then I got "all lines are busy please try your call later" THEY CALLED ME!!!!

I received a call from this number this morning I award, a woman said may I speak to the parent or guardian of, my son's name, I said this is her. The lady says we are calling today, then said if wait we didn't mean to call you sry and hung up. I don't like this at all. We also use MTM for my son to take him to doctors.

Called me at 8:00am. These people are a--w-----!  I'm a heart patient, need my rest, can't get upset dr says no more.

Well, here we are in Sept. of 2015 and they are still calling people without giving any information or purpose of the call. What a waste of my time.
