These people apparently want to give you billing reminders. How stupid is that. Yeah call me 10 million times reminding me that my bill is due 2 weeks from now. Get a life losers!

These people call to REMIND you your payment is due and to ask if you want to make your next payment on the phone or to set up auto-pay.  I've never missed a payment, but I do not use Auto Pay.  They do this to annoy you into signing up for Auto Pay.  I refuse to do so so they call me before my bill is due.  I tell them I'll pay online and they say "We can take your payment over the phone" or "would you like to set up auto-pay on the account and save yourself the hassle?"  I think the idea is that if they call two weeks in advance you MIGHT pay them early and improve their company's cashflow.  

This is a ghetto provider of electricity to say the least.  You don't have to miss a payment to be harrassed by these clowns.  They're the cheapest provider right now and attract a lot of customers who don't pay so they just make it a matter of policy to call and remind people.

Hey, I gotta tell you, I just signed up with the service myself, just last week.  I started getting calls from this company before the first billing cycle ended! This isn't about being a customer who is non-paying.  The company is just a pain in the rear end to deal with.  Hell, they send their salesmen door-to-door at inconvenient times trying to get you to sign up with their service.  They showed up at mine at 8pm at night! Ridiculous.
